RTN eligibility criteria questionnaire
1	Does the candidate hold a PhD degree ?
2	When did the candidate get the diploma entitling him/her to enter PhD studies ? In Europe, this is generally a Master degree (MA)
3	Does the candidate have less than four year experience in research since he/she got this diploma ? Long leaves such as maternity leaves are counted out
4	Does the candidate hold the nationality of a EU country or of Iceland, Israel, Norway, Switzerland or Turkey ?
5	If no, has the candidate been a resident in an EU or Associated country for at least 4 years over the last five years ? If yes, the candidate is assimilated to a national of this country and you should answer to the following questions as such.
6	Is the candidate a national or assimilated national of the country he/she is applying for ?
7	If yes, has the candidate spent more than 4 years away from this country over the last 5 years ? The candidate must be able to provide evidence of this situation (employment contracts for instance)
8	Has the candidate been a resident in the country he/she is applying for?
9	If yes, has the candidate spent less than 12 months in this country over the last 36 months ? Short stays such as holidays are not counted
